- 21+ Division – April 4-6, 2025
- 35+ Division – April 11-13, 2025
- 3-game guarantee (semi-finals & finals on Sunday)
- All players must be sanctioned with USA Hockey for the 2024-25 or 2025-26 season
- Team registrations only
- All games played at Tam-O-Shanter
- Team fee $900
